Although based in South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, I am not a native Yorkshire woman. I have lived, studied and worked in South Yorkshire for over 10 years, but originate from Suffolk (East Anglia), United Kingdom.

I began my interest in psychology, behaviour and natural health as a child. My interests led me into a veterinary nursing career, and subsequently into animal behavioural studies (where I first came across natural medicine).

Whilst my animal health and behaviour work continued, I followed further studies into the human field, achieving a BSC in Natural Health Nutrition and Counselling Psychology.

Our Consulting Mental Health site has been developed to provide support and confidential contact to people for emotional and mental health problems, questions and concerns.

All our sites cover aspects of both natural and orthodox health and behaviour, as well as information on prescription medications and natural solutions.
